The Powder Hull base is like a sintered true base and needs to be waxed to ensure the best glide. To wax the board use an iron heat the wax so it penetrates the pores of the base. Once you have the whole board waxed you need to scrape the exceeding wax off the board. For that, the best tool to use is the Powder Hull scraper because it has the right shape to access the curves in the hull. If you do not have a Powder Hull scraper, hit up your local YES. dealer and buy one. Or, in a pinch, you can use the small side of a normal scraper or a brush to scrape off the excess wax.
