• Do I have to pay duties or taxes if I live in Canada?

  Would you ever skip a pow day? The answer to both of these questions is "Nope!" We ship out of our Canadian warehouse located in Kamloops, BC - so none of our Canadian customers have to pay duties or international taxes on website purchases.

• Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

  Only residents in states we have established an Economic Nexus in. Please refer to South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc. and your individual state requirements for Economic Nexus (may vary depending on the state).

• Do you offer the option for gift cards?

  We don't offer gift cards...yet! It is a feature we are hoping to have enabled for the upcoming season. We suggest a VISA gift card or perhaps sending your recipient the gift card amount through PayPal.

• Payment Methods

  We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. COD orders or debit cards are not accepted. We do not accept credit card numbers delivered by email. You should never send credit card numbers by email, as this is not secure. The billing address you provid...
